Why we do this...
The mission of the FoFCL is to guide the teen community of Foster City to establish a greater bond with their local library. Through activities, guest speakers, and other enrichments, we hope that you can find the Foster City Library as a second home. We want to bridge the gaps between our community and the library though our activities, fundraisers, and gatherings.
